Do you provide portfolio management or execute trades for me?
No, we only provide research recommendations. We do not manage your Demat account, handle your funds, or execute trades on your behalf. The final decision to trade and the execution of those trades in your own Demat account is your sole responsibility.
Do you guarantee profits?
No. Stock market investments are subject to market risks. While our recommendations are based on rigorous technical and fundamental analysis, we do not guarantee any specific rate of return, profit, or protection against loss.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Because our services involve the delivery of proprietary, time-sensitive research and real-time market calls, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable. We encourage taking our 5-day free trial before committing to a paid plan.
How do I get the trading alerts?
Once subscribed and KYC is completed, trading alerts will be sent to you in real-time via our mobile application, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Can I share the trading calls with others?
No. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing our research alerts in any form (screenshots, text, word of mouth) with third parties. Any violation will lead to immediate termination of service without a refund and potential legal action.
Will you ever ask for my Demat login or bank details?
Never. We will never ask for your Demat login credentials, passwords, OTPs, or sensitive bank details. We strictly advise making payments only through our official app payment gateway.
