We Capital Credits never ask for you demat and bank details. Any person approach user in asking the same details, you are requested to register complaint with us. Incase user provided sensitive information to anonymous person we Capital Credits are not responsible for any fraud actions.
We always advice our user to make payment only through our app payment gateway. We don’t collect money through WhatsApp / Telegram or any UPI link/ scan codes.
7. Changes in privacy policy
We may update privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be updated in the same page with ‘Effective date’ mentioned at top of this page.
8. Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
