3. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
You may choose to stop using our services at any time. However:
- Cancellation of an active subscription will not result in a refund for the remaining tenure.
- The service will continue to be provided until the end of the current billing cycle unless you explicitly request an immediate stop to communications.
4. SERVICE SUSPENSION
Capital Credits reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without a refund if:
- The client is found redistributing or reselling our proprietary research alerts to third parties.
- The client uses abusive language with our support staff or compliance team.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice, if you provide feedback, reviews, or content that is defamatory, false, abusive, or intended to harass our staff or harm our reputation.
Anti-National Activity & Security: We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access if you use our services to create, share, or promote content that is prejudicial to the sovereignty, integrity, or security of India, or that disrupts public order. Such actions will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
5. MODIFICATION OF POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
